What a credit buys
Replies, voices and looks at your screen are paid for in credits, at these rates. The full rules are on the billing page.

Questions about plans & credits
Is hikomi free?
You can start for free: new accounts get 50 credits - about 15 spoken replies, or 10 minutes of chatting. A reply costs 1 credit and its voice 0.25 credits a second. After that, choose a monthly plan, or buy packs of credits that never expire.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes: Manage plan, at the top of this page once you're signed in - no questions asked. The plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for and isn't charged again, and bought credits never expire. Refunds: billing & refunds.
Do credits expire?
Credits bought in packs never expire: they stay on your account until you use them. A plan adds its credits each month it is paid, and they are used before the ones you bought; whatever is left of them at the end of the month doesn't carry over.
What happens when credits run out?
Replies stop until you add more: buy a pack at any time, or start a plan. A plan's credits come back each month when it renews.
